Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer
KrisFlyer is the loyalty programme of Singapore Airlines and Scoot. Members earn KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles and PPS Value across flights and everyday spending. Elite miles unlock Silver and Gold status, while PPS Value unlocks the PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club for premium cabin flyers. Higher tiers deliver bonus miles, lounge access, priority services and generous baggage allowances across the Star Alliance network.

How KrisFlyer works
KrisFlyer members earn KrisFlyer miles on flights with Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Star Alliance and other partner airlines. Miles can also be earned via co‑branded credit cards, hotels, dining and online shopping through Kris+, KrisShop and Pelago. KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed for award flights, flight upgrades and a range of lifestyle rewards.
Earning metrics
- KrisFlyer miles accrue based on distance flown and booking class on Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance carriers, discounted fares earn fewer miles, while premium cabins earn up to 200% of flown distance.
- Elite miles accrue on the same flights and determine your Elite Silver or Elite Gold status, Scoot flights earn 2.5 Elite miles per KrisFlyer mile.
- PPS Value accrues only when flying Singapore Airlines or Scoot in Suites, First or Business Class at 1 PPS Value per Singapore dollar spent on airfare and eligible surcharges.
Elite tiers are achieved by earning Elite miles within a 12‑month period: Elite Silver requires 25,000 Elite miles and Elite Gold requires 50,000 Elite miles. PPS Club status requires 25,000 PPS Value and Solitaire PPS Club requires 50,000 PPS Value in a 12‑month period. Your membership year restarts on the date you qualify, and you must meet the same thresholds to retain your tier.
KrisFlyer miles expire 36 months after they are credited. You can extend expiring miles for a fee, however, miles never expire for PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club members while they hold that status. Elite miles and PPS Value reset at the start of each membership year and cannot be transferred.

- Bonus miles: Elite Silver and Elite Gold members receive a 25% mileage bonus on Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights, while PPS members earn a 25% bonus on most paid fare classes.
- Seat privileges: Elite Silver members receive complimentary standard seat selection in Economy, while Elite Gold and PPS members enjoy complimentary forward or Extra Legroom seat selection (depending on fare class).
- Lounge access: Elite Gold members access Star Alliance lounges worldwide for themselves and one guest, PPS Club members access SilverKris Business Class lounges with a guest, Solitaire PPS members access First Class lounges for themselves and one guest.

Milestone rewards & supplementary memberships
Beyond status tiers, KrisFlyer offers milestone rewards and the ability to share benefits.
- KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards grant bonus miles, flight upgrade certificates and lounge passes at specific Elite mile thresholds (e.g., 20,000, 40,000 and 60,000 Elite miles).
- PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club members may gift a PPS Club supplementary membership to a spouse or nominated partner, conferring lounge access and priority services.
- Members can create a KrisFlyer Family Account to pool miles across up to five family members for faster redemptions.
